Terms of Service

By accessing the website, submitting a form, registering for a course, joining an internship, using AI tools, making a payment, downloading materials, requesting a certificate or otherwise using Skilleze Technologies services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the services on behalf of a company, college, institution or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or services.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms or must use the services with consent and supervision from a parent or lawful guardian. Users below 18 years of age may be required to provide guardian consent, and some internships, corporate projects, certificates or payment arrangements may have additional age, education or eligibility requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information about your identity, contact details, academic status, payment details and program eligibility. Skilleze Technologies may refuse enrollment, suspend access or revoke benefits if submitted information is false, misleading, incomplete, unverifiable or fraudulent.

Some services may require registration, login credentials, cohort access links, private groups, learning dashboards or communication channels. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under your account or access link.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise or misuse. We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms or comply with law.

You agree to use Skilleze Technologies services responsibly, professionally and lawfully. You are responsible for your learning effort, attendance, assignment quality, project submissions, communication, device setup, internet connection, third-party tool accounts and compliance with deadlines.

• Follow program rules, mentor instructions and applicable laws.
• Submit original work or properly attributed permitted work.
• Protect your account, files, credentials and payment methods.
• Use AI ethically and verify outputs before relying on them.
• Respect mentors, students, staff, partners and community channels.

Internship participation requires consistent effort, professional conduct and completion of the assigned scope. Each internship may have specific attendance rules, milestone requirements, communication channels, mentor review criteria and completion standards.

• Meet attendance requirements and join required sessions on time.
• Complete assignments, assessments and project submissions by stated deadlines.
• Write original code and avoid plagiarism, copied repositories or unapproved templates.
• Respect mentors, reviewers, staff and other students in all channels.
• Submit working projects, documentation and proof of work when requested.
• Comply with confidentiality, security and professional expectations for any live or client-style work.

Course materials, videos, notes, dashboards, templates, recordings, project briefs, code samples and mentor resources are provided for your personal learning and program participation only. Access is non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited to the period or plan described for the service.

You may not share login credentials, record paid sessions without permission, upload materials to public platforms, resell access, redistribute content, scrape resources, create unauthorized mirrors, bypass access controls or use course materials for piracy or competing training products.

You agree to pay all applicable course fees, internship fees, software service fees, subscription charges, taxes, payment gateway charges and other amounts shown on the relevant page, invoice, checkout, proposal or written confirmation. Prices may differ by batch, location, scholarship, offer, custom service scope or currency.

• Accepted payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, bank transfer, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal or other supported providers.
• Invoices or receipts may be issued after successful payment and may include taxes where applicable.
• Late payments, failed payments, chargebacks or payment disputes may delay access, certificate issuance or service delivery.
• Subscription plans renew according to the plan terms unless cancelled as allowed by the relevant plan.

Unless a specific program page, invoice or written confirmation states a different refund policy, refund requests for standard paid training or internship enrollments must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of payment and before substantial access, mentor review, live participation, custom work, certificate processing or project evaluation has begun.

Refund eligibility

• Eligible refunds are reviewed based on payment date, access consumed, batch status, service delivery, support history and any written offer terms.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
• Gateway charges, taxes, currency conversion fees or bank charges may be non-refundable where not recoverable by Skilleze Technologies.

Non-refundable services

Completed services, downloadable materials after access, attended live sessions, application or review fees, custom software development work, career documents already prepared, issued certificates, QR verification records and services cancelled due to misconduct, plagiarism, fraud or policy violation may be non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Certificates are issued only after successful completion of applicable program requirements. Requirements may include attendance, assignment completion, assessment performance, project submission, code originality, mentor approval, payment clearance, conduct compliance and identity verification.

Skilleze Technologies may refuse, delay, revoke, correct or reissue a certificate if we identify fraud, plagiarism, copied work, fake identity, unauthorized alteration, payment default, misconduct, breach of these Terms or technical error. Certificate templates, logos, QR codes, signatures and verification systems remain the property of Skilleze Technologies or its licensors.

Certificate QR codes and verification URLs are intended to help colleges, employers, recruiters and third parties confirm authenticity. A verification page may show limited certificate information, including certificate ID, student name, program name, issue date, verification status and related details.

You may not create fake verification pages, alter QR codes, impersonate Skilleze Technologies, forge certificate IDs, misrepresent completion status or use certificates in a misleading way. Any such conduct may result in certificate revocation, account termination and legal action.

The website, brand, name, logo, designs, courses, videos, notes, graphics, templates, project briefs, software, code, certificate designs, AI workflows, documentation, training materials and platform features are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, Skilleze Technologies and its licensors retain all rights in our content and systems. You receive only a limited license to access and use materials for your own learning during the permitted access period.

You retain rights to original work you independently create, but you grant Skilleze Technologies permission to review, test, evaluate, store, display for certificate verification, use for feedback and reference in portfolio or promotional contexts where you have shared it for that purpose or granted consent.

AI-generated outputs, suggestions, code, explanations, documents and feedback are provided for educational and productivity purposes. AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, unsafe or unsuitable results. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

You must not upload confidential, proprietary, regulated, illegal or third-party data into AI tools unless you have authority to do so. You must not use AI features for cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, malware, credential theft, automated abuse, discrimination, harassment, academic fraud or illegal activity.

Students, visitors and customers must use Skilleze Technologies services in a professional, lawful and ethical manner. Acceptable use includes respectful communication, honest submissions, secure account behavior, responsible use of AI and compliance with all applicable program rules.

You must protect your own credentials, avoid unauthorized access, respect intellectual property, follow mentor guidance and use platform features only for their intended educational, career, technology or business purpose.

You must not engage in conduct that harms Skilleze Technologies, other users, mentors, partners, systems, intellectual property or the integrity of programs and certificates.

We may investigate suspected violations, restrict access, remove content, revoke certificates, report unlawful conduct or pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Students must communicate respectfully with mentors, reviewers, staff and peers. Harassment, threats, discrimination, abusive language, disruptive behavior, repeated deadline disregard, misuse of group channels, sharing private recordings or pressuring mentors for unfair approvals is prohibited.

Professional conduct is part of internship and course evaluation. Misconduct may affect participation, reviews, certificate eligibility, community access and future enrollment.

Attendance requirements vary by program. Live sessions, mentor calls, reviews, submissions, office hours, standups or progress checks may be mandatory for internship or certificate eligibility. Absences may require prior notice, valid reason and catch-up work as determined by Skilleze Technologies.

Meeting attendance requirements does not automatically guarantee certificate issuance; all completion criteria must be satisfied.

Assignments must be submitted in the required format and by applicable deadlines. We may evaluate submissions for originality, completeness, functionality, documentation, code quality, use of AI, plagiarism and compliance with project instructions.

Late, incomplete, copied, non-working, inaccessible or unverifiable assignments may be rejected or require resubmission. Repeated failure to submit required work may lead to removal from the program or certificate ineligibility.

Projects should represent your own work, understanding and implementation. You may use open-source libraries, AI assistance, starter templates or references only where permitted and properly disclosed. You are responsible for licenses, attribution, security and accuracy of your project content.

We may request repository access, live demo links, screenshots, deployment proof, code walkthroughs or interviews to verify project authenticity. Projects containing malware, stolen code, sensitive data or unlawful content may be rejected and reported where required.

Career services may include resume feedback, portfolio guidance, LinkedIn review, GitHub suggestions, interview preparation, mock interviews, project positioning, career planning, employer-readiness guidance and placement assistance where included in a program.

You remain responsible for applying to roles, attending interviews, meeting employer criteria, communicating professionally, disclosing accurate information and making your own career decisions.

Internships, resume support, interview preparation, career guidance, referrals, employer connections and placement assistance do not guarantee employment, internships outside Skilleze Technologies, job offers, interviews, salary, stipend, promotion, visa approval or any specific career result.

Hiring decisions are made by employers and depend on market conditions, your skills, communication, location, availability, eligibility, performance, background checks and many factors outside our control.

Skilleze Technologies services are provided for educational, training, career development, technology and informational purposes. We do not guarantee learning outcomes, project success, interview success, employment, salary, business revenue, exam results, uninterrupted access, error-free content or suitability for every user.

Technology changes quickly. Course content, AI tools, third-party platforms, software libraries, payment systems, hosting providers and external links may change, become unavailable or behave unexpectedly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilleze Technologies, its founders, employees, mentors, contractors, affiliates and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption or career outcomes.

This limitation includes claims related to platform downtime, third-party failures, payment failures, AI inaccuracies, internet issues, device problems, student negligence, missed deadlines, rejected applications, employer decisions, certificate misuse, data loss, force majeure events or unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for a claim will be limited to the amount you paid to Skilleze Technologies for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you agree that Skilleze Technologies may collect, use, share and protect information as described there and in any service-specific notices.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to any service, account, group, dashboard, course, internship, certificate or communication channel if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, commit fraud, abuse services, plagiarize, misuse AI, violate copyright, use fake certificates, misrepresent identity, harass others, compromise security or engage in misconduct.

Termination may result in loss of access to materials, removal from cohorts, certificate ineligibility, certificate revocation and refusal of future services. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms and privacy provisions, will continue to apply.

Skilleze Technologies will not be responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, war, civil unrest, government actions, power failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, third-party service outages, payment gateway failures, platform restrictions or other force majeure events.

Where feasible, we may reschedule sessions, extend access, provide alternatives or communicate updates, but we are not liable for losses caused by such events.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact Skilleze Technologies at support@skilleze.in with a clear description of the issue, relevant documents, payment details and requested resolution. Both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable period.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be handled according to the governing law and jurisdiction clause below, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, services, programs, payments or certificates.
